Pada tarikh 25/1/16 yang lepas, pihak security, penduduk dan juga JMB telah bermesyuarat bagi menangani isu keselamatan di kawasan kediaman Pangsapuri Cemara.
Hasil mesyuarat tersebut, berikut adalah peraturan yang telah dipersetujui dan akan dilaksanakan bagi memastikan isu-isu berkaitan keselamatan dapat diatasi.
Notis ini telah pun diedarkan ke semua unit dan akan diedarkan juga oleh pengawal keselamatan kepada penghuni yang tidak memilliki kad akses dan stiker kenderaan.
Kerjasama daripada semua penghuni Cemara amat diperlukan bagi memastikan kes-kes kecurian dapat dielakkan.
It would be great if the security force is upgraded in our apartment. Upgrading should include of hiring of trained security guards. In night to have 2 guards where 1 to take care of the main gate and one to do clocking every 1 hour as done in day time. I have worked as security guard and my family members have work as security officers so I do know the rules and regulations of the guards. It is a must to have 2 guards at night to prevent robberies from happing. As we see 1 guards at night doesn't move from his seat. If anything happens at the back block ( block 1) no one is going to know about it.Even if we have less car coming in at night it is not the issue to have only one guard.Be alert Management, do have checks on the guards at night. Make our place a better place to live in.

ReplyDeleteHi Murali, Thanks for your input. The main reason the management reduced no of guard is due to cost factor. Decision to put 2 guard at noon because we get feedback the visitor/contractor require more support form guard compared to night shift. If management can cater the o/s payment issue, for sure we keep 2 guard at night as previous practice.

Saya, ingin tahu adakah, pangsapuri ini diruskan oleh gangster dan tidak berbudi bahasa.? Saya ingin menyebrkarn perkara ini disiocal media, bagaimana manager dan security bercakap dan mengendalikan resident cemara.
